Reconnect to the ancient power of the drum to communicate, connect, and even heal using your very own superpower – rhythm! Rhythm by Nature will guide you through an immersive drumming experience where you will learn about the history of drumming, drumming techniques and drumming cultures from all around the world.
But that’s only the beginning! Participants are led through a series of playful exercises and given time to relax and reflect with gentle drumming and sound healing techniques.
Rhythm By Nature’s drum circles, workshops, and programs elevate a variety of occasions, such as team building & corporate events, wellness centers & retreats, community events and more. Offered monthly, all year round, visitors to the Columbia Valley are welcome to participate in a community drum circle at Pynelogs Cultural Centre, in Invermere.
