Located en route to Panorama, the Kloosifier-Johnson trail system offers intermediate singletrack mountain biking with beautiful canyon views.

Nipika Mountain Resort, located 30 minutes from the Village of Radium, offers immaculate trail systems overlooking the Kootenay & Cross River Valleys. There are over 50km of trails, ranging from green to black for all levels of riders. The trails are operated by Nipika Mountain Resort in partnership with Recreation Sites and Trails BC.

Old Coach Trail

The Old Coach Trail offers a 9km (each way) out and back trail overlooking the Columbia River Wetlands, perfect for a longer day ride or a shorter outing by riding part of the trail.

Sinclair Creek Biking Trails

Take a ride on the beginner-friendly Sinclair Creek Trail. Great on a hot summer day, this trail offers protection from the sun in the shaded trees. The Sinclair Creek Trail is also the access point to the Pump and Jump Track and is perfect for family excursions.

Paved Biking Trails

Ride the beautiful Markin-MacPhail Westside Legacy Trail, running from Invermere to Fairmont Hot Springs. This trail is paved with rolling hills and lake and mountain views. Find detailed information about each stretch of the path and parking areas here.

Road and Gravel Biking Trails

Biking over mountain passes, across rivers, and through stretches of riverside travel is hard to beat! 

Discover the Golden Triangle by road bike: a three day, 310km cycling loop that passes through Radium, Golden, Field, and Lake Louise. It offers spectacular views, taking cyclists over the Continental Divide twice.

For shorter jaunts and day trips, look no further than the scenic drives and dirt roads through the Columbia Valley, from Canal Flats to Spillimacheen.
