Celebrate BC Rivers Day with a paddle down the Columbia River from Invermere to Radium. This scenic fall outing follows the river from the Athalmer boat launch to Forsters Landing, offering a chance to enjoy the water while learning more about the waterways, wildlife, and habitats that make the Columbia Valley unique.

Bring your own canoe, kayak, or paddle board, or rent a vessel and shuttle through Columbia River Paddle. Along the way, participants will share stories and learn more about the importance of healthy waterways and how we can help protect them.

No RSVP is required. The paddle is presented by Wildsight Invermere in partnership with the Lake Windermere Ambassadors.

Launch: Athalmer Boat Launch, 25 Laurier St, Invermere
Pickup: Forsters Landing, Radium Hot Springs

Bring: Your own canoe, kayak, paddle board, or other suitable vessel.

Boat rentals and a shuttle back to Invermere are available through Columbia River Paddle for an additional fee.
